MIRACLE-EAR

Hearing aids can be a sensitive topic for people facing hearing loss. At MSP-C, I wrote content to empower Miracle-Ear’s prospective customers to take control of their hearing health.

I started off with a deep dive into the Miracle-Ear customer’s mindset, lifestyle, and buyer journey. With a strong understanding of their target audience, I wrote dozens of user-centered, search-optimized articles for all stages of the funnel, driving site traffic and appointment bookings.

I also scripted educational and testimonial videos for use across the site, social channels, and ad campaigns, collaborating with my art director and videography/motion design team to bring the creative briefs to life.
